The Gildan G500 Adult T‑Shirt is a 5.3 oz (179 g/m²) pre-shrunk cotton tee with color-dependent fabric blends. It is produced with sustainably and fairly grown USA cotton and requires quarter-turned construction to eliminate center crease. The 7/8" rib collar and seamless neck provide a clean silhouette, while taped shoulder-to-shoulder and double-needle stitching support durability. A tear-away label simplifies wear and customization. Safety Green is ANSI/ISEA 107 compliant for high-visibility use.
- Antique colors (Cherry Red, Jade Dome, Irish Green, Sapphire, Orange) are 100% preshrunk cotton.
- Sport Grey blends 90/10 cotton/polyester (90% cotton, 10% polyester).
- 50/50 blends include Sunset, Safety Pink, Russet, Neon (Green, Blue), Midnight, Lilac, Blackberry, Tweed, Safety Green, S. Orange, Dark Heather, Graphite Heather, and Heather group variants with 50% cotton, 50% polyester.
- Ash Grey is 99% cotton, 1% polyester.
- Construction features include seamless rib at neck, taped shoulder-to-shoulder, and double-needle stitching throughout; tear-away label.
- Finish and fit include non-topstitched, classic width rib collar, quarter-turned center crease elimination, 7/8" collar, and classic fit; suitable for screen printing and standard decoration workflows.
