The Hypernova T-Shirt is a blank garment designed as a durable everyday layer. It uses 100% ring-spun cotton for the main fabric, with Sport Grey at 90% ring-spun cotton and 10% polyester, and Dark Heather at 65% polyester and 35% cotton. The fabric weight is 4.5 oz/yd² (153 g/m²).
Construction features include shoulder-to-shoulder taping and double stitching at the neckline and sleeves for added durability. The fabric is quarter-turned to minimize a crease down the center, delivering a cleaner silhouette after wear and wash.
Production is on demand, with blank products sourced from Bangladesh, Nicaragua, Honduras, the Dominican Republic, Haiti or Guatemala. This approach reduces overproduction by manufacturing items only after order placement.
