The Zombie Cocktail:
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Golden Rum
- 1 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
- 0.5 oz Grenadine
- 0.5 oz 151-Proof Rum (for the float)
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Directions:
- Combine the golden rum, white rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, passion fruit syrup, grenadine, and bitters into a shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain into your BarConic Zombie Tiki Mug filled with fresh ice.
- Float: Carefully pour the 151-proof rum over the top.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a cherry.
